Stacey French

Stacy FrenchStacy FrenchStacey began riding when she was 13 years old, and has remained a part of the Meadowlarke family ever since. " I still remember my first day at Meadowlarke, it was the day Sunny was born. I felt so priviledged to meet him on his first day of life." Stacey has shown on the Challenge, Trillium and "A" Circuit over the years with horses such as Flashdance, Messina and Cavalcade. Though not currently showing, Stacey continues to attend the shows either as a coach, braider or supporter of her fellow barn mates. Stacey began teaching at the Meadowlarke Stables Summer Camp, and then went onto teaching weekly lessons. 14 years later she's still at it. Stacey is the coach for the Meadowlarke Stables Challenge Team. "I love taking the team to the horse shows, we are like one big family." 2009 is an exciting year for Stacey as she will also be taking a team of riders to compete in the Beginner Adult and Childrens Divison on the "A" Circuit. "I love coaching to be able to pass my passion and knowledge of the sport onto others. There is nothing more satisfying then watching a bond and trust build between horse and rider."
